As President & Chief Executive Officer (and Chief Social Gamer) reporting to the Board of Directors, Dan has the helm managing all aspects of the Company. His focus is to align the Company, internally and externally, with our strategic vision, which he leads the development of. Dan also drives corporate, business and partnership development, sales and all revenue generation while guiding the team along with the COO and CTO towards our primary goals and objectives. Dan has a passion for cultivating and growing a loyal and responsible culture, and for building and inspiring world class, high performance teams that rally around a common shared vision and goals.

As the Chief Operating Officer, Anish is responsible for the daily operations of the company. Working closely with the CEO & CTO, he carefully manages our resources to deliver the highest levels of productivity, quality and value. His functions include Strategic Planning & Business Plan Development, Operational Plan Development & Tracking/Reporting, Marketing, Product Strategy & Management, Project Management, IT, HR, Office Administration, Customer Service and Professional Services. As the founding chief executive, Anish lead early stage efforts around fund raising, strategic development, and operations. Anish has a particular passion for strategy, and works closely with the management team to continuously drive the company towards blue oceans.

As the Chief Technology Officer, Jeson oversees and is responsible for R&D, formulating long-term product vision and strategies, and transforming SocialDeck capital into the technology and products/services required to achieve our goals, while constantly increasing the value of company. He is also responsible for developing, documenting and working with Legal counsel to protect all aspects of our Intellectual Property (Patents, Trade Secrets and Marks) and to incorporate these considerations into our strategic planning process. Jesons role as the founding VP of product reflects his particular passion for product development; he works tirelessly to ensure a consistent and delightful experience for our customers. This passion for product development coupled with his keen interest in emerging technologies has ensured that SocialDeck has consistently lead in value innovation for our customers.
